FUSION 360 LESSONS HOW TO
Designing quickly and easily means you must understand how to copy components so you can reuse them. In Part 3, I’ll be covering the all important topic of mirroring and copying components, and what to keep in mind for either of these operations.
FUSION 360 LESSONS UPDATE
I’ll be doing this keeping in mind the good designing principles of keeping the model simple, (using the fewest amount of operations), and with good design intent (the model will update to any length/width/height/thickness I’ll want in the future). In Part 2, I’ll be creating 3D geometries from the 2D sketches we created in Part 1. Laying a good foundation for the rest of your model is very important for easy changes in geometry (length/width/height/thickness), because inevitably, you’ll want to change your design. Part 1 will be covering the 2D sketches that will create the 3D geometry. We’ll be diving into mirroring components so you can design quicker and easier. I’ll be working through creating components and the many benefits of doing so. Now that you have a strong foundation in Fusion 360, we’ll be moving quicker. In this three part lesson, you’ll jump into the best way to model a trestle table. I would definitely recommend this CAD/DESIGN Masterclass.” Ben is a natural teacher and does a great job of going through his lessons at just the right speed while covering a wide array of features. When I found Ben’s course I was immediately excited about diving in and learning all about Fusion 360. I had heard of Fusion 360 in the past but it seemed a little overwhelming to me. Being able to create models and figure out some of the joinery before even stepping into the shop is something I’ve been looking for. “As someone who is relatively new to woodworking and furniture design, I have been really interested in learning more about computer-aided design. This step building approach shown in F360 Woodworkers CAD/DESIGN Masterclass is a game changer.” I previously tried several times to learn Fusion 360 but gave up in frustration. The couple times I had questions they were answered in detail.
FUSION 360 LESSONS PLUS
The best way is pointed out plus how to find and correct errors. The lessons are well presented showing a couple ways to accomplish the task. “As the lessons progress, new operations and features are shown and then reinforced in following lessons.
